TranscribeZone provides AI-powered audio and video transcription, summarization, and analysis services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription & Credits: TranscribeZone operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased securely via Stripe.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of our transcription. Please contact support@transcribezone.com to request a refund.
Cancellation: You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable after the 7-day period.
Your data privacy is paramount. We process your audio and video files solely for the purpose of providing transcription and analysis services. We do not use your data to train public AI models without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
TranscribeZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
